Revenue from operations jumped 15.3% YoY to Rs 1,453.07 crore in Q3 FY25. Profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 289.81 crore in Q3 FY25, steeply higher than Rs 43.52 crore recorded in Q3 FY24. In Q3 FY25, adjusted EBITDA stood at Rs 456.7 crore, up 67.3% as compared with Rs 273 crore posted in same quarter last year. Adjusted EBITDA margin stood at 31.4% in Q3 FY25 as against 21.7% in Q3 FY24. In dollar terms, the company reported revenue of $172.0 million, while adjusted PAT stood at $31.1 million in Q3 FY25. As of 31st December 2024, the company had 39,595 employees. Attrition improved to 21.8% in Q3 FY25 as against 21.2% in Q3 FY24. Ramesh Gopalan, managing director and Group CEO said, 'Q3FY25 was an exceptional quarter both in terms of top-line and bottom-line, driven by growth both in our tenured large clients as well as newer accounts which we won in the last three years. The domestic equity benchmarks traded with modest losses in the early afternoon trade. The Nifty slipped below the 23,150 mark after hitting the day's high of 24,343.30 in early trade. Auto shares declined after advancing in past two consecutive trading sessions. At 12:30 IST, the barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex, was down 269.80 points or 0.34% to 79,840.05. The Nifty 50 index lost 77.80 points or 0.32% to 24,144.10. The broader market outperformed the benchmark indices. The S&P BSE Mid-Cap index gained 0.26% and the S&P BSE Small-Cap index added 0.40%. Profit before tax was at Rs 160.42 crore in the second quarter of FY25, marking a growth of 269.88% as against Rs 43.37 crore posted in Q2 FY24. Total expenses rose 9.27% year on year to Rs 1,180 crore during the quarter. Employee benefits expense stood at Rs 812.43 crore (up 19.38% YoY) and finance cost stood at Rs 29.70 crore (down 38.49% YoY) in Q2 FY25. On half year basis, the company's net profit spiked 80.27% to Rs 139.64 crore on 15.30% increased in revenue from operations to Rs 2,548.4 crore in H1 FY25 over H1 FY24.
