Oberoi Realty's booking value rises 31% to Rs 5,266 cr in FY25

For FY25, the company's total carpet area sold stood at 12.8 lakh square feet, up from 10.8 lakh square feet in FY24. The Mumbai-based real estate developer sold 928 units during the fiscal year, marking a 31.63% jump from the 705 units booked in the previous year. In Q4 FY25, in terms of volume, the Mumbai-based realty developer booked 137,321 square feet of area, while 78 units were booked. The company reported a booking value of Rs 853 crore during the quarter. Oberoi Realty is a Mumbai-based real estate development company. It is focused on premium developments in the residential, office space, retail, hospitality, and social infrastructure projects. The company's consolidated net profit surged 71.70% to Rs 618.38 crore in Q3 FY25 as against Rs 360.15 crore posted in Q3 FY24. Revenue from operations climbed 33.92% to Rs 1,411.08 crore in Q3 FY25 as compared to Rs 1,053.64 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter last year. Board of Oberoi Realty approves transactions related to I-Ven Realty (joint venture)

The Board of Oberoi Realty at its meeting held on 20 March 2025 has approved the following: (i)  a securities subscription agreement (SSA) to be entered into between the Company, Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP ('Investor'), Vikas Oberoi, and I-Ven Realty (I-Ven), pursuant to which I-Ven proposes to offer and issue securities to the Investor for a consideration of Rs 1250,00,00,100, constituting 21.74% of the share capital of I-Ven on a fully diluted basis, subject to certain conditions as contained in the SSA (Proposed Transaction); and (ii) a shareholders' agreement (SHA) to be entered into between the Company, the Investor, Vikas Oberoi, and I-Ven, to record inter alia the terms and conditions governing the management of I-Ven and the inter se rights and obligations of the Investor, the Company, and Vikas Oberoi in respect of I-Ven upon consummation of Proposed Transaction. I-Ven is a joint venture company of the Company, and the shares of I-Ven are currently held between Company and Mr. Vikas Oberoi in equal proportion. Accordingly, the Company, the Investor, Vikas Oberoi, and I-Ven have executed the SSA and the SHA (Transaction Documents) on 20 March  2025. Further, pursuant to the terms of the Transaction Documents and as a pre-condition to the Proposed Transaction, I-Ven is required to undertake a restructuring of the funds infused by, inter alia, the Company and Vikas Oberoi in I-Ven. In this regard, I-Ven will be undertaking a rights issue of redeemable preference shares at an issue price of Rs 400 per share each, to the Company and Vikas Oberoi in equal proportion, in one or more tranches, the proceeds of which will be primarily utilized to repay the outstanding amounts of the loan availed from the Company and  Vikas Oberoi, as well as redeem the existing preference shares held by inter alia the Company and Vikas Oberoi. Accordingly, the Board has also approved the subscription of up to 41,25,000 redeemable preference shares at for a subscription amount of up to Rs 165 crore.  Powered by Capital Market - Live

Oberoi Realty PAT soars 72% YoY to Rs 618-cr in Q3 FY25

Revenue from operations climbed 33.92% to Rs 1,411.08 crore in Q3 FY25 as compared to Rs 1,053.64 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter last year. Profit before tax during the quarter stood at Rs 810.28 crore, registering a growth of 69.04% from Rs 479.33 crore reported in Q3 FY24. EBITDA was at Rs 10.15 crore in the December quarter 2025, down 4.15% as against Rs 10.59 crore posted in Q3 FY24. EBITDA marginally reduced to 83% in Q3 FY25 as against Rs 93% posted in Q3 FY24. Vikas Oberoi, chairman & MD, Oberoi Realty, said, 'Indian economy has continued to grow across sectors, with the luxury real estate market being one of the key beneficiaries. At Oberoi Realty, we are delighted to announce another healthy quarter, driven by tremendous response to our first phase launch at Oberoi Garden City, Thane. The demand for premium and bespoke residences continues to be robust, and our luxury homes are setting new benchmarks in design and quality. With a strong portfolio of upcoming projects, and strategic land acquisitions, we stand well-positioned to meet the rising demand and foster long-term profitable growth. Meanwhile, the company announced a third interim dividend for the current financial year of Rs 2 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each. The firm has fixed January 24 as the record date for the purpose of payment of the said interim dividend. The dividend shall be paid starting February 10, the company said. Further, the holding company has completed the acquisition of Nirmal Lifestyle Realty (NLRPL) under the provision of insolvency and bankruptcy code 2016. NLRPL accordingly becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company with effect from 7 November 2024. Shares of Oberoi Realty tumbled 8.29% to currently trade at Rs 1,835.50 on the BSE.
