Anand Rathi gains after Q4 PAT climbs 30% YoY to Rs 74 cr

Total revenue increased 22% YoY to Rs 241.4 crore during the quarter. Profit before tax (PBT) increased 26% to Rs 99.5 crore in Q4 FY25 as compared with Rs 79 crore in Q4 FY24. Asset under management (AUM) stood at Rs 77,103 crore in Q4 FY25, registering the growth of 30% as compared with Rs 59,351 crore in Q4 FY24. In Q4 FY25, revenue from mutual fund distribution jumped 52% YoY to Rs 406 crore. Equity mutual fund net inflows increased by 67% YoY to Rs 7,706 crore in Q4 FY25. Share of equity mutual funds in AUM climbed to 53% as of March 2025, compared to 51% in March 2024. In FY25, the company's consolidated net profit jumped 33% to Rs 300.8 crore on 30% increase in total revenue to Rs 980.7 crore in Q4 FY25 over Q4 FY24. Meanwhile the company's board approved an interim dividend of Rs 7 per share for FY25. Commenting on the economic landscape, market trends, and the company's performance for FY25, the management shared: 'During FY25, our total revenue grew by 30% year-on-year to Rs 981 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) rose by 33% to Rs 301 crore. Our Assets Under Management (AUM) increased by 30%, reaching Rs 77,103 crore, compared to a 5% gain in the Nifty over the same period. We also welcomed 1,821 new client families, bringing our total to 11,732 families served. Our performance has remained consistent and market-agnostic. A study of the top 1,000 companies by market capitalisation showed that only six companies have delivered over 20% year-on-year growth every quarter since our listing in December 2021'and we are one of them. Despite a challenging market environment, we recorded our highest-ever quarterly net inflows of Rs 3,472 crore, with full-year net inflows growing 76% year-on-year to Rs 12,617 crore. Our client-first approach continues to translate into outcomes that matter. In FY25, our client attrition rate'measured by AUM lost'stood at just 0.52%. For the second year in a row, regret RM attrition remained below 1%, reflecting the strength of our work culture and our ongoing focus on long-term team engagement.' Anand Rathi PAT rises 33% YoY in Q3; board OKs 1:1 bonus issue

For the quarter ended 31 December 2024, profit before tax was Rs 104.17 crore, registering a growth of 33.55% compared to Rs 78 crore posted in the same quarter previous year. During the quarter, assets under management (AUM) stood at Rs 76,402 crore, up 39% YoY. Share of Equity Mutual Funds in AUM increased to 55% as of December 2024 as compared to 52% as of December 2023. In Q2 FY25, the company's net inflows surged by 69% YoY to Rs 9,145 crore, while net inflows in Equity Mutual Funds grew by 51% YoY to Rs 5,831 crore for the quarter ended 31 December 2024. Mutual Fund distribution revenue rose by 63% YoY to Rs 303 crore, while the annualized Return on Equity (ROE) stood at 45%. On nine-month basis, the company's consolidated net profit jumped 34.44% to Rs 226.37 crore on 32.79% rise in net sales to Rs 717.13 crore in 9M FY25 over 9M FY24. Meanwhile, the company's board recommended issuance of bonus shares in ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1 new equity share for every 1 existing equity share each held by the eligible shareholders as on the record date, subject to shareholders and any other applicable regulatory and statutory approvals. Rakesh Rawal, chief executive officer (CEO), said, 'We are thrilled to report another outstanding financial result and extend our heartfelt gratitude to our clients and team members for their continued trust and support. During the nine-month period of FY25, our total revenue grew by 33% YoY to Rs 739 crore, while Profit after Tax (PAT) increased by 34% to Rs 227 crore. Our AUM recorded a significant rise of 39%, reaching Rs 76,402 crore. We have achieved 75% of our revised revenue guidance of Rs 980 crore and 77% of our revised PAT guidance of Rs 295 crore in the first nine months of FY25. Additionally, we on boarded 1,785 new client families during last one year, bringing our total client base to 11,426 families. We believe that our business holds inherent growth potential of 20-25%, which we expect to sustain for many years. The key equity benchmarks continued to trade with limited losses in the morning trade. The Nifty traded below the 23,650 mark. Realty shares extended losses for the second consecutive trading session. At 10:30 IST, the barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex, declined 127 points or 0.16% to 78,021.49. The Nifty 50 index fell 44.10 points or 0.19% to 23,644.85. The broader market outperformed the frontline indices. The S&P BSE Mid-Cap index shed 0.03% and the S&P BSE Small-Cap index fell 0.06%. The market breadth was negative. On the BSE, 1,754 shares rose and 1,790 shares fell. A total of 168 shares were unchanged.
